Steve.
Worked Ken on Oct 15th 1993 and another V73 in late October 1993, both on 3.8 SSB but did not QSL either since already had V7 confirmed on the low bands, including 160m. Hope the N4GAK can help you. On the QSO line for Ken, it did not give a manager name, just his “Ken” name.

Steve:
In 1995, Ken Wells turned over his V73C QSL manager and it became Bruce Smith N4GAK who at one time was a V73 operator on his own DXpedition.
N4GAK clearly indicates he took over in 1995 and I am sure he has the logs from 1993. Perhaps call him or send an email to see if you can send an SASE. Good luck.
73 and let us know. When in 1993 did you work him?? Wanna see if I wkd him then too! HI

Subject: [ADXA] V73C Info?
I worked V73C in 93 on 30 meters. The call is not in QRZ. Internet search reveals call but I have only pieced together ops name as Ken Wells. Anyone work this station and know who op was, QSL route? I’m at dead end.
Thanks for your patience.
Steve, QQ
