I’ve been hearing a wideband noise on DXpedition frequencies for several days. Very loud, sounds like commercial or government equipment, possibly Russian?

I wasn't on last night Dan but will pay attention today. Was it just on
30 meters??

Amateur Radio is a secondary allocation at 10 MHz so its possible it could
have been some government transmission.
