George, WB5JJJ, has provided updated DXCC standings information.  He has been banging away on the higher bands an picked up five All Time New Ones to bump his Mixed total to 280.  George also increased his Digital count by nine to 257.  In the Arkansas River Valley division of the Desoto Challenge, George has added 54 to his Challenge total and now stands at 1454.  He credits the 3B7M DXpedition for several of those.

George says that Charles, K5CS, has added a new Hex Beam AND an Amp and is “running circles” around him.  Also, John, WB5BHS, appears to have some dipoles with gain?  Sounds like a conspiracy George.

CY0S is off to a great start.  I’ve picked them up on 80, 40 and 30M CW.  They were much louder than the DQRMers on 40M CW….over S9 at times.  Need 160, 17, and 6M plus Digital.  I could hear them on 160 CW last night but not during QSB dips.  Pretty rapid QSB….not a peak long enough to complete a QSO. I didn’t want to gum up the pile-up.  Heard “little pistol”, K5UR, in the 160m pile…didn’t take him long to get his 599!  Operator skill no doubt.

Lots of DX floating about….get in there and work some of it.
