XV1W. Good signal on 28074.0 FT-8. +4

So, as I've mentioned before, I was always a day late and dollar short on 3W. Finally worked Eddy on 12m CW several months ago.... asked here about QSLing, and got a positive reply.

Got an email from them that card was on the way and sorry for the delay .... and that was without any contact from me -- unsolicited update. Nice.

And now, on 28074.0 just got him on FT8 for Digi. But I'll wait for a few more bands before QSLing again, hihi.
