Upgrades are good, most of the time. This one is especially good. Danny, W5CI, has his DXCC certificate in hand (signed by the guy with the weak signal EJ and I were mentoring this morning at the Orlando Hamcation) and is now a full ADXA member.

Danny and I were just talking a couple of days ago about his 3Y5X card from the last Bouvet operation. Given the complexity of the current operation he thinks he'll frame it and hang it on the wall!
