Yep, agree. Even that famous Pro BB player could not get in to see Sir WoDohTuDoMei, the President nowadays. Think the president’s sister will run P5 in a couple of more years when DoMei gets fatter and passes on from this life like his dad did.Â

I'm not sure food is that plentiful in P5 unless you're gov't or military. Remember the last operation from P5 was the UN World Food Program guy that they EVICTED and threw out of the country. The peasants were getting rations that were too large!!!!!!

Well, it is quite obvious that seeing this Peter I trip video and knowing about the big problems with 3Y0 Bouvet efforts over the years and the difficulties with an occupied base operation like Crozet, which has year round personnel present, that P5 in North Korea SHOULD BE easy to get to and having a place to sleep that's warm and fair food etc.
Now, who out there is a former basketball player that can assist us with permission to operate 5-6 hours on one band with one 100w rig?? Hmmm.

For those of you new to amateur radio or DX'ing, the link below is a YouTube video from the 1994 3Y0PI Peter I Island DXpedition. It will give you a "flavor" of what the experience on Bouvet can be like!
