worked Eddie in December 2013 10 years ago as 3W1T
and sent, at the time, 2 QSLs over then next 2 years to the
then manager RW6HS, never a reply, and now I understand only
Russian DXers can send to RW6HS. So that leaves the wife I
guess to do QSLing to NA Jay? ..
For the past
5 years of so, Eddie can not see and has heart problems, so
no OQRS and no LoTW cards will be sent out to us here in NA.
Therefore since he can’t see, how are the QSOs found by
the wife to send out a card? Where do I send a QSL
to, Vietnam directly? How can I pay Eddie’s wife , thru
WHAT other quicker route, Pay Pal perhaps? How much $$? I
do not have a confirmation on 10 CW and would like to get
one. Did not work Eddie as XV1X. So I am confused on how
to get a QSL from the wife.

have Vietnam on other bands from many years ago.
Unfortunately I can not find my QSL from 18mc for XV
or 3W in my files but it is checked in my files as being
here in one of my boxes for that band confirmation. Guess I
gotta look at all the logs dating back to when the WARC
bands started after 2000 and find who I worked and got a
card from. So that and the 10m CW from Eddie’s wife are part
of my chores the next month or so. 🤢

Like Joel mentioned, I've had nothing
but positive experiences with Eddie and his wife. I can't
imagine how he does the stuff hey he does being blind. He
was on LOTW once and hinted around I to help his wife do the
LOTW chores for him. However I didn't push the issue, just a
kindly suggestion. We had many email exchanges last spring.
I am sure you'll get the card in soon. 73

one I needed from Eddie several months ago. They send
cards direct. I got nice email from his wife?
Telling me it had been mailed. No card yet. If it doesn’t
show up pretty soon, I’ll pay postage for another one. It’s
a new 30 meter country. I’d be happy to get it but I’m not
worried.
Got a "thumbs up" in a direct email from one of our
[many] very knowledgeable members. So will be sending off
the request.?? Hope I didn't disrupt anyone's sunny Sunday
