If you want to send Phlash Phelps a QSL card, he welcome's them and frequently mentions those who send them in on the air.  He is NOT a ham, but does understand what we are all about.  He does post them on a bulletin board in his home studio.  And since XM has an app, he has listeners from all over the world.  So, in essence, he is a one-man DXPedition on the "air" daily.
