Dittos, Lanny. Cecil’s QRZ page is great.

Enjoyed it, Cecil, and thanks for the update and congrats on the progress! I see you are near the Wildcat Shoals area. Fished through there many, many times in my flyfishing career. Great dry fly spot. And that area does get some tremendous storms and lightning!

73 es good fishing for DX,

Good work Cecil.  Cycle 25 has a lot of promise for us guys catching up: in my case, limited hf activity from 1992 when I left Vermont until our move to Searcy almost four years ago.

I enjoyed reading your QRZ bio page tonight for the first time and suggest the membership pull it up to get to know you better.

Cecil, W5HWU, has provided updated DXCC Standings information.  He has been steadily working new ones.  Cecil has added 27 to his mixed total bringing it up to 209.  He has added many new band multipliers on 80-15M.  In total, Cecil added 63 to his Desoto Challenge total…up to 417.  Thanks for the update Cecil.

Solar Flux is up in the 180 range.  There was a pipeline into Northern/Central Italy on 10M early this morning.  Worked a few stations on SSB and they were all well over S9.  Biggest signal was Franco, IZ1RZO, who was running 500W to a 5L Cubical Quad.

Latest news from the 3Y0J Team is a planned departure from Port Stanley, Falkland Islands, on January 14th.  Arrival at Bouvet in 11-14 days.

Pat, W5VY
