It was good to get back in the routine of an annual meeting, even though this was a "mini-conference" it allowed up to get fired back up post-Covid. Based on our discussion during the business meeting the plans for the 2023 conference are already in the works.

As a summary of business for those who were unable to attend:

1. ADXA will donate $250 to Club Log to support its OQRS service
2. ADXA will donate $200 to QTH.com for support of our website
3. Officers elected for 2023 were:
     President - W5ZN
     Vice President - W5VY
     Sec/Treas - N5RN
     Board members - N5ZM & N5QS
4. ARRL Delta Division Director Dave Norris, K5UZ, and Arkansas Section Manager J,
    N5LKE, provided an ARRL update 
5. The 2022 ADXA DX Hog Award was presented to Lanny Aldrich, K1LEC

Thanks to Bill, K5FUV, for his presentation on "DXCC - Nothing New Under the Sun" and to John, WB5BHS and George, WB5JJJ, with assistance from Dennis, W5RZ, for their presentation "FT-8 Living the Dream 15 Seconds at a Time!". I filled in two slots with "Noise! The Grim Reaper of Weak Signal Reception" and "Shunt Feed Your Tower and Other Vertical Options".
