I operated SO/HP/ASSISTED.  I finished at 2.1 million with roughly 1450 qso’s.  My rotator failed Sunday morning, but at least it failed NE.  My guess is the brake solenoid gave up the ghost.  To much turning in the afternoons from South to Northwest.

I did Single Op High Power Assisted...

651 Q's, 110 Zones, 312 Countries for 745,674 points...

I really wanted to place high in NA Rookie but got blasted out of the water by another rookie in Indiana with 2.8M points...

But if they give an award for the highest score for someone who doesn't even own a CW Paddle, I'm going to win it...Emoji

Having spent 10 years in Florida, I became a member of Florida Contest Group (but will not submit my score as a member – gonna use ADXA!) but the members would usually post their scores the Monday after a contest, no matter how small or how large just to show the group how everyone did but more just to show participation. The only locals I heard were K5GO, N5DX, K5JUC and WA5SOG.

Contest:      CQWW CW  SB SOHP

Band     QSOs     Pts   ZN  Cty  Pt/Q

Score: 68,544

(1 Mult = 3.8 Q's)

I was busy with family stuff most of the weekend but did manage about 10 hours total.  I was happy with that – just wished I had more time.  Condx were just fine and the band was busy.  B1Z, K8H, VK9DX, etc were a few of the gooduns but missed the Africa stuff….
