Joel made a posting about 5R8AL on 10m CW the other day.  So today I was listening on 28.030 around 16:20 UTC and there he was.  Alain likes to give real signal reports and will rag-chew a bit with his name and QSL route.  So this is not a run and gun contact, but not a huge rag-chew either.  I messed up a lot as I use push buttons mainly for making DX CW contacts.  Need to make just some regular CW contacts during the evening with a paddle to get back in practice, hi.  If you are one of those FOC guys, Alain can bump up the speed to your liking!  Sort of nice to see and he was also simplex.

Then went down on 17m and worked 5R8MM on FT8 F/H.  He had a really nice signal, but he also had a ton of callers!  So be prepared to wait a bit. 

Need the 5R on 12m, hi.
