Arthur (J8/NM1A) was flying under the radar the end of last week. I saw him briefly on upper bands. Very weak signal.

Last night he was on 40m FT8 for some time, but again weak.

Just worked him on 24.923 F/H. QSB is bad at the moment. ATNO

Glad to get one of the few remaining Caribbean stations I needed.
