As noted by W5JAY last night and several spots this morning, the DXpedition of TL8AA and TL8ZZ is on the air and active now. This is Sylvano, I2YSB's Italian group who are very experienced DXpeditioner's. They will be on all the bands HOWEVER please note there is a severe fuel shortage in Bangui and generator power may not be available at times so please be patient if they lose power and are off for a bit.
