I have had several comments about the spreadsheet I uploaded a couple of days ago.  

I've been without commercial power for 22 hours (Friday night to Saturday night, Honda 2000i generator ran fine and powered 80% of my household needs).  The Internet is still out as the cables are just hanging from the support wires.  So, I've had time to incorporate the changes suggested and a few of my own.

To keep things organized going forward, the title of the file contains the YYMMDDx format, where the "x" is the version change on that date.  I will try to update the DXP section and upload a new version with that data periodically .  

I've increased coverage to 24 sections as the DXP's will hopefully be exploding this Spring.  As new ones are announced, they can be added and sorted by the beginning date of the DXP.  Of course these DXP's can be customized to your needs to create a smaller list.  

I've set up my main desktop computer to use a USB WiFi dongle connected to my cell phone so I can at least check email and other necessities of life today.  I hope they get a crew out here on Monday to get things fixed.  It's been really quiet around here this weekend.
