Some of you know I spend a large majority of my radio time tweaking 160 meter receive antennas here at W5ZN. I've also stated my DX goal is to hit the 300 mark on 160.

When I started hearing them and worked them I was running two of my receive vertical arrays (the BSEF-8 160 and the HiZ-8 160) in diversity RX. I could not hear them on the Beverage (580 ft) or the YCCC-9 vertical array. The parasitic TX array (3 vertical elements in each of four directions) helps on transmit.

Anyway, I'm a happy man tonight. Thanks to Covid, the last "new one" I worked on 160 meters was four years ago!
