Yes, a lot of the post have him listed at 28. 083. I heard nothing there but when I listen to 28.082 worked him right away     new band country for me too.  Not sure how I missed all the prior expeditions.

Yeah, I actually worked him on 28.081. I was tuning listening and ran across him on the upper part of the hz. He dropped to about -17 last time I checked but was a solid -04 when I worked him.
