I've been watching P29RO working all over EU.  Only decoded him once about an hour ago at -14.  

Again, I've worked this place years ago, but I never got a QSL or LoTW, so I'm in the hunt.  

He was spotted on 40m earlier, but a couple spotters (USA) said he was out of band.  I don't think so.  I checked, but never saw him.
