I'm now seeing him run a second stream in the mid 600's, so it appears that he's running the real F/H and not some "bastard fork" of the code that doesn't function properly.  However, I still have not seen him directly in an hour.  Fingers crossed.  

Still some uninformed calling with a -xx signal report, which won't work and others calling below 1000, which also won't work.  But hey, those are a few less that I will have to compete with when the time comes.
