A71AM didn’t decode here, but I turned to 81 degrees and clicked for the fun of it on 3C3CA who was coming in -24 at 1544Z.  He came back to me with a -04!  He’s now -17. Have him on 10M, too, and he does confirm right away despite the lack of a 73.  I didn’t know that there was any FT8 software other than wsjt.
