You are right San, I don't know of a single antenna that will split the upper end of 10M with the lower end and a tuner may be the only approach. I have not been on 10M FM in years but I have a 10M FM repeater sitting out in storage hi hi.

Can hear the D60 using the SSB setting and RF gain set upwards, although he is on FM but not worth calling with my high SWR up about 29MC and not able to use an amp there. Learned something today I knew a few years ago about the 10 meter band if way up high in freq.. Most require some tuner assist if WAY up above about 28.7 -29.0 range, unless tuned to 1:1 at about 28.700 initially.
