I was sitting on 15m FT8 looking for Monaco (a challenge point only) and all of the sudden Armenia popped up.  Of course I needed him (ATNO), so I gave him a call.  After about a minute he came back to me with a -05, he was a -14.  We got to my sending the R-14 and it died on the vine.  I saw him again a few minutes later calling someone else for a couple of passes, then gone.  I'll hit him up again the next time my DX Cluster alerts me of his presence.  

He is going to be there till next August mainly on 15m FT8 for the time being, but is going to upgrade his station as much as he can.  Looks like he uploads to LoTW on a daily basis.  At least, he uploaded on the 12th.
