FYI, For those that keep up with this sort of thing, My Kathy WQ5T got her JW0X QSL card in the mail yesterday.  It was already upload days before on LoTW. 

Noticed on LoTW she got 4J3DJ confirmed.  Looks like anything via Russian mail is being hosed up from the war. 

I did sort of OQRS with 7Q6M and that one was uploaded by his manager a day or two later.  That was good for 10m CW.  Don mentioned in his email he will be QRV again from Malawi October 19 to December 1.    So if you missed him or need a new band/mode you will get another chance.  That place seems to be fairly active these days.
