Same experience here Steve... not that much power though.  Either very selective of Numb.  May have decode problems.  If I was home I might shoot him off an email and ask for a sched.  You would think after calling CQ for so long he might see that there is something wrong.

Keep trying. I worked and worked him on 12m the other day and he had a +20 signal at times. Nada.

 

Came back on the first call today. He didn’t look terribly busy.
