Jonathan,
ARRL Life Membership can be viewed a couple of different ways. First, the lifetime rate is based on 25 years times the annual membership dues. If you don't expect to live another 25 years then you won't realize a "benefit", so to speak, other than an offset of any future dues increase however on the other hand if you don't expect to make it another 25 years you can consider it a could contribution to "the cause" (but its not tax deductible!).
I purchased a life membership 40 years ago so I'm on cruise control !!!!
That's all I have to say about that !

Yes. Welcome.I'm wondering...At what age is it too late to get a "lifetime Membership" to ARRL. I'm 59 years old.Is it too late? Have I passed the point where I would save myself some money?- N5QJP.S. If N2RJ runs for ARRL President, She has my vote.
