Several ADXA members have now joined HoIP.  Some without a problem and a couple with the following anomalies.  HoIP is combining several previously unconnected servers so things may not work as expected in the account creation phase just yet.  

Please use your full email address as your username.   A call sign  only may not work.  Pick a compound password (caps, lower, numbers and maybe a symbol).  

Once you get into HoIP and when you try to create a request for a line you may get a failure.  If you do, you will need to create another account on the support site.  You can use the same info from before.  This 3rd party service is not fully integrated yet, so the credentials don't always pass forward to it yet.  They are fully aware of the problem, and are working with the 3rd party that services the support ticket site which just takes time.
