Hi Guys I was monitoring 20m around 0400 UTC and saw a couple huge RTTY signals on 14.085.  Normally one doesn’t find a RTTY signal unless there is a contest on.  KH6ND/W7 was working someone in the VK.  Anyway I didn’t know if I still had my buffers, my typing skills up to the task, and rig control ready for RTTY.  Took a few tweaks but gave Mike a call.  We had a 50 minute chat.  I was using only 100 watts and he was in AZ.  He was running about 600 watts.  The text only caught my buffered message one time.  I was always able to stay ahead to make me look like a real typist, hi. 

Anyway I know this is a DX reflector, but if you want to see more RTTY action.  You might monitor 14.085 and see what comes up.  I wasn’t going to get on, but curious to see if I could do it.  VK isn’t rare DX, but one might could get some DX lingering around him?

Most of these guys are CW ops that chase DX that like RTTY.  So I made one CW DX Q, one CW rag-chew and one RTTY rag-chew.  Good day really, but no FT8 today, hi.
