I have several DX stations that have me ship them Global stamps to use in their SASE to USA hams to return their QSL cards. One guy has ordered over 100 in the past few months. I don't charge them anything, they use PayPal to pay me and I use one of the stamps they order to return the others to them.

I was surprised the other day when I received a Canadian QSL card and inside was an SASE with a Global stamp on it. Guess I never considered Canada to be a "foreign" country.
