Saw a note on DX news today, 3D2RRR is planning to work FT4 the next couple of days, and indeed they are on 18.104 now.

This morning after I picked them up on 80m, they were on 40m and strong enough to work before propagation started to change. There was also more QSB then and I lost them in the middle of an exchange.
