Received my cards as well and a couple more that I thought were locked up in the system. Those took a couple of months.  Not sure about incoming into Mother Russia?

Just received 7P8RU and C92RU cards from Russia postmarked 4/28/22. Thought Russian mail was embargoed, now if my UA1OIL card come through (know it was mailed in late January), I'll be happy.
