Got a QSL for Mongolia--from Tom (JV1A), whom I worked last week on 15m. He has an address in the states under call WV6E and was quick with a card response.

As far as I can tell, JT1CO, whom I have on two bands, is still not receiving mail due to postal Covid restrictions. I've also had several incomplete calls with JT1BV, so no help there yet.

Nice to get a QSO with QSL finally.
