Just worked BD0AS on 21.074. CQ Zone 23. Incredible signal +18. Not listen in QRZ or elsewhere, but did find he has uploaded to LOTW in February.

I did work another zone 23 station with a great signal earlier this week at 0158z.

We'll see.
