Received a confirm over the weekend for a QSO on 14.074 FT8 the end of last week with Timur (EX8ABA) in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan. An earlier QSO last August languished. When I checked his QRZ page after recently seeing him active, it said simply, "If you could not get LOTW, please QSO again."
