Thanks to Stan K5VR help alerting me to the CW operation I got them on 40 m last mid week. The pileup was pretty huge. I did manage a few FT8 contacts with the other station.

So keep your powder dry. The operators seem to be really good. 73 Jay

Total Qs in past several weeks and especially more recently these past few day shows about 16,000 QSO digital FT8 and 5300 past QSOs via CW..  about a 3:1 ratio. I still keep looking for the CW Z21A station but seems when on the air, it is on a band out of our propagation for that time… So, we just gotta keep monitoring and “chasing” the DX.. Not much else in form of semi-rare stuff is on the air now but just wait… as Bernie’s weekly newsletter tells us what to be “ready for” very soon..
