I used GlobalQSL for years to respond to bureau cards received.  Now they are not around anymore.  It was simple - design a QSL card online, and then send in an ADIF file and they would send out cards for you.

Is there another service that operates in a similar way?   I know I could fill out paper cards and send them via the ARRL outgoing bureau but GlobalQSL was so very simple.
