But I love seeing all the cards from exotic places that I've yet to visit.  And on the other hand, I love the LoTW quick turnaround on many of those places.  So far only 51 of the 340 DXCC's have I planted my feet on and still need to visit 14 of the Lower 48.  I'm really hoping to add to that number when the crappy pandemic paranoia finally concedes defeat and we can get back to REAL NORMAL travel and such.

Speaking of QSL cards.  If you check my QRZ page on QSLing, all I want is either nothing for domestic with SAE or SASE.  For DX, an SAE and $1.00 or an equivalent like-new bill of similar value in your local currency, or maybe a USA Forever stamp to make it an SASE.  I know that Global Forever stamps are now $1.50, but I'll go for the 50 cents.

Well last week I received a domestic card with an SAE and a One Dinar bill.  He was apparently a contractor  (due to his age) that had worked in Kuwait and just included the bill from his stash.  It's worth $3.30 in today's exchange rate.  But it's another addition to my multinational bill and coin collection and I thanked him on my return QSL Card.  Some people do read my 100 page QRZ Bio -- really.
