You might try emailing OK1FCJ who is in charge of the QRZ.com site for the 5V7ST… when I pulled up the OK1FCJ’s QRZ.com site it does NOT show a 2020-21 operation for a 5V7ST that he would be QSLing for.. Sorry, perhaps a pirate. Email the OK1 guy. Check DX Summit and put in the 5V7 to see what the comments have been on that day or two this past summer.

I worked "5V7ST" (Togo) last July (FT4 20m). I was going through my log to see if I had any QSOs I needed confirms for, and when I checked QRZ , it is listed as "no active." DX news has the last listing from 2017.

Have I been piratized? LOL
