Got the shock of my life about an hour ago.  Seems that JT1CO is back on LoTW.  Got a confirmation from him on FT4 for a contact back in May of this year.  However, he did not or has not yet, confirmed an earlier FT8 contact from 2020, nor his TI5 portable on CW from 2012.
