Just checked the RTTY statistics page and found I was the FIRST ham to have worked HD8R on that digital mode, ranked #1!!  I was floored that I got him so soon and was tuning around where he said he was going if he had time. Main surprise was that the EU guys did not get him first! Hi  K5JUC was one of the first 100 to get them on RTTY. Good catch so early Jim.

I doubt I will ever be SO lucky again on being #1 on any mode for any DXpedition.  Now, IF they go to another band on RTTY and I don’t get him early, then I will drop way down and likely not in the top 100… IIWII. As Joel, gotta chase and chase, etc. At least for now I am happy. 😊
