I worked 3B9 on 10 CW about a week ago.  He uses LOTW too.  Really pleased 10 meters is waking up.  I’m hearing lots of EU, Africa and of course SA.  10 meters may be my favorite band

Rodrigues Is (3B9FR) has been showing up on 10m FT8 early in the morning the past couple of days. His signal was looking like it was going to increase to be workable, but then he disappeared. In his place, I picked up five Italy stations, one I needed for a new band counter, hi.
