I need a little help... is there one of our members who understands the RDA??  I probably have 3 or 4 hundred RA stations worked on different bands and modes.  How can I find out what district they are in?  I really don't want to QSL 400 stations in hopes that I will get one that works.  It would be much easier to QSL 100 good districts and get it over with.  Any advice  will be deeply appreciated!
