My first computer was a Timex/Sinclair 1000. It came with 2K Ram. I bought a expansion module that took it to 16K. Had to type in basic programs into the computer and save them to a cassette recorder. That was 1982. Commodore 64 came out shortly thereafter. Then we got a dos based basic IBM PC jr with two floppy drives. Then our first Windows machine a decade later. I had an email address in 1984 through compuserve, but you couldn't do anything with it. No family or friends had email. LOL
