[ADXA] RI1FJZ on 30m FT8

[Jay Bromley]

Depending on where they are supposed to be 10.133 info off their web site, that was a little high for my liking. So, I went up just a tad which brought their frequency down to around 600 or so. RI1FJZ is currently on 10.133 plus or minus, FT8 and the UTC is 23:42. Fairly easy to work.
