[ADXA] P29YY 21.091 regular Fox Hound 0218z

Glad to help,  saw several ADXA folks work him on 15. The P29YY DXpedition
is an ATNO for me but 15m was my second contact with him. I had been
watching him on 15 a while.

Been seeing where he has AC power issues during the daytime, sometimes he
will TX then dissappear for a while then return.  Hopefully I can catch him
on more bands.

For a 1 man operation he has been really active and he confirms on LOTW. I
thought he was confirming on QRZ but he showed up there after making QRZ
sync with LOTW.
