[ADXA] YV0D ?????

The is more to that :) ... I did a presentation in Dayton about 3 years
ago, and I just did it again (updated) to the folks at KCDX this past
week... I was in YV0 in 1992 (YX0AI), and I manage the 4M0ARV, YX0AI,
YX0A-YX0LIX calls... The only folks on Aves are a small set of scientists,
and a small set of Navy personnel which gets rotated every month or so....
and Yes, getting a permit to operate from their has some red-tape, as there
a series of layers you have to go through before you are allow to set foot
on the base or the island..
