[ADXA] Power pole ID question

I've had experience with PP Numbers. They are USELESS as far as customers
are concerned. When a PP near me was broken in half, I called Entergy and
reported the pole, I gave them (or tried to) the PP number from the metal
tag. I was told that that did not point to a specific pole to where they
could dispatch a crew.

So what are the numbers for, I think it's some sort of inventory number and
doesn't have any relation to the poles location. At least that's what I
figured out with my interactions and those of others that have tried to use
the PP Number to pinpoint a specific pole's location to report a problem.

Your experience may be different.
