[ADXA] 3Y0K 20m FT8

Okay, for the few ADXA weak signals.  The weakest of us all *(me), *just 
worked them on 20m FT8, 14090 at 1530z. Started peaking about 5 minutes 
earlier for me with 4 streams.  In the log with a low dipole.
