[ADXA] WSJTx FOX Hound Question....

 Joel...That's getting a little into my Grey area...but from the videos I've watched (a while back) if they are running WSJT-x and using F/H and them being the Fox then they will NOT allow any stations TXing below 1000 to be added to the Que to be worked...In MSHV which is completely different than WSJT-x then I do believe that the Fox (DX Station) can work stations anywhere in the pass band...
Another note on FT8 F/H mode...If you have done the F/H thing right and WSJT-x moved your TX down to the Fox's RX and you still fail to be heard during your 3 attempts then WSJT-x will kick you into the TimeOut zone between them and 1000...You will occasionally see stations in this zone sending signal reports...That means they missed their 3 attempts and got kicked off the Fox's Freq...At the fox's discretion he can still listen for 2 more cycles and if he hears the Hound then he can verify with an RR73...After 5 cycles the Hound is ignored until he goes back up above 1000 and starts again...

By what I'm seeing on FB groups, and last night  on 40, many are not getting an RR73.
I may only get one shot at this, and I want to try my best to make sure I don't have a software/setting issue if it happens.
