[ADXA] Update from pilot James

This morning I believe I witnessed a new low in DQRM.  The pirates don't 
have to interfere with the legitimate DX stations on air.  All they have 
to do is disrupt the reporting systems built into WSJT and other tools 
we use to make contacts.  This morning it started as the sun rose in 
Europe.  A few calls from a fake 3Y0K started an avalanche of Ham Alerts 
that blew up my phone in Arkansas.  I was getting alerts for DX 
operation on 10 & 12 meters that weren't there.  Of course, the bands 
were full of hams calling a non-existent 3Y0K.  This kind of disruption 
is designed to spread confusion among hams trying to enjoy our hobby by 
making us second guess whether we are copying the legitimate DX station. 
If it continues it will likely keep us from making that prized contact.

It also creates a bigger problem for the Dxpedition itself.  They will 
have to be diligent in keeping the ham community up-to-date with correct 
and timely information, something that is so far lacking with 3Y0K (I 
get it, they are busy setting up with limited communication).

A great example of DXpedition communication is the now ending KP5/NP3VI 
operation.   I believe they set the new standard in keeping the ham 
radio community informed with timely notices on multiple social media 
platforms.  They set the stage early with notices of what to expect.  
But social media will likely be the next target for the people who want 
to disrupt a good hobby.
