Mike, know exactly what you are going through, mine was a semi emergency last August cause the bone spurs cut my upper bicep tendon, then found another tendon cut doing the bone grinding and repairs, what I hated the most was sleeping in a chair for 1.5 months! Our prayers for a complete recovery! PS do not scrimp on the PT , that’s how you will have a 100% recovery! Unless you need an excuse on lifting anything over 5 lbs off the top overhead shelf!
